Shipping
Once your payment clears, usually within 48 hours, your order will be processed. Shipping within the USA takes 2-5 business days. International & Canadian orders are processed the same, but shipping can take up to 4 weeks due to variations with Customs procedures.
Discounts
Discounts cannot be adjusted by phone, make sure you input your discount code before checking out.
Out of Stock / Pre-order Items
If you are ordering an item that is out of stock or a pre-order, your order will be held until that item is available to ship to keep shipping costs down. Once the item is received, your entire order will be processed.
